Brandon Swartz E.A. Brandon founded the firm in 1999 after spending time at Best Buy Corporate accounting department, and as a Controller of a small business.  His areas of knowledge and expertise consist of individual and corporate taxation, Business/Enterprise turnarounds, Entity Formation and business start up, real estate tax, and cash management with financial modeling/budgeting. He's successfully managed company turnarounds, to managing the accounting for a private acquisition company successfully acquiring $150 million Hotel & Casino project and subsequent public stock offering. Brandon is an active Enrolled Agent, designated to practice before the IRS and has been an Income tax preparer for over 10 years. He's an active member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents, Minnesota Chapter of Enrolled Agents, and the National Write your Congressman member.  

Brandon enjoys working out, traveling, fishing, boating, skiing, and sports in his spare time. 

                                    

                                        Chris Andryski C.P.A. Chris is the founding member of Minnesota Financial Solutions, LLC and has 13 years of experience in small business and individual taxation. Chris manages the mortgage practice and in 2007 testified in front of state legislators regarding Minnesota lending regulations. He also met with key authors of the bill which ultimately re shaped the lending  
industry here in Minneosta. Chris has appeared in various articles and guest appearances in television shows regaring various tax and business topics.

Chris enjoys politics, serving on various boards, working out, and traveling in his spare time. 



                                        Mike Taylor  Mike brings experience as a corporate controller and has over 20 years of experience in accounting. His areas of expertise are maintaining business books, Quickbooks training, Payroll and sales tax processing, and cash flow management.

Mike enjoys running, hockey, reading, traveling, and boating.
